We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for all FlyCationKe bookings.

Cancellation Timeline

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $50 admin fee.
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.
• Less than 15 days: No refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, contact our team via email at bookings@flycationke.com or WhatsApp. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your written notice.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
